Here at the Quill's Staff rankings are a bit different:

Admins - They're the high powers, all decisions are up to them. It's also their work to keep the Quill updated and running smoothly. Any problems that may arise should be taken to them.

Moderators - They help Admins keeping the Quill updated and have the power to approve and move fics.

FaerieOfDoom

Beta Readers - They're more experienced readers and writers, in whom you can rely on to Beta/Proofread your fics.
